Satisfy your sweeth tooth


Three-Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies
To get your cookie fix, try these healthier bites. “They’re surprisingly simple to make and super tasty.” 
    • 1 ripe banana mashed
    • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
    • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together and drop on cookie sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes. Let cool.

KIND Nuts & Spices Dark Chocolate Almond Mint Bar

Chocolate Avocado Mousse 
This super-decadent dessert is packed with healthy monounsaturated fats.
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other milk)
  • 2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until thick and creamy. It should be the same texture as mousse.

Shrikhand
Traditional Indian dessert made with thickened, strained yogurt & sweetened with sugar. Addition of saffron, cardamom and nuts makes this a colorful sweet.
